Charlene was fantastic!! We had a German Shepherd that had to come with us because of anxiety issues. She had to stay in the car but barked constantly. Charlene understood this and just stayed a little back from our car. Charlene was informative, knowledgeable and sweet. She knew her stuff and what the answers were when asked a question. With us being new to the Cumberland area, she helped us every way possible with directions. We laughed at some issues when we got lost but it was ok, we had some fun.
